Mattermost

Our Mattermost server is self-hosted on site; meaning if we are having network or power issues, you will not be able to connect to the server.
Additionally, the site will 'refresh' every hour on the hour. If you see the following connection error message try following the 'non-responsive' troubleshooting steps below


If your Mattermost application is non-responsive, try the following steps:

1. Right-click on the Mattermost icon in the notification area and select "Exit"



2. Left-click on the taskbar icon to re-launch the application




If your Mattermost application loses it's server URL configuration, enter the following:

Server URL:  https://chat.tmaclouds.com

Server display name: chat.tmaclouds
